Mr. Kunal Shaw, Managing Director.
Kunal shaw, born in Pune, India on April 8, 1984, is a seasoned business leader with a strong academic foundation in commerce and international business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, a Diploma in International Business, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
In 2007, Kunal shaw joined his family’s group business, which was established in 1980, and took on the role of Managing Director. Under his dynamic leadership, the group has expanded its global presence and operational capabilities, particularly in the export of Spare parts, Generators and Heavy machinery. Under Mr. Kunal Shaw’s leadership and guidance, the operations started in 2015 at Dubai Freezone for the spare parts and now in 2026, expanded to Concrete Machinery Trading, Rental & Multi Franchise Machinery (3S Functions) out of Mainland Dubai.
Kunal shaw currently leads United Energy and its strategic expansion around the world.
Venkatesan Sridhar
Mr. Venkatesan Sridhar is a seasoned General Management Professional with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence across the Earth Moving and Construction Machinery industries in India and the Middle East. As a transformative leader and “Best Product Support Personnel in Asia” awardee, he has a proven track record of turning struggling divisions into profitable, “Platinum” status dealerships for global brands like CAT, JCB, and Schwing. His expertise spans the full 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) spectrum, where he has successfully managed incremental revenues while significantly boosting gross margins. Sridhar excels in strategic reorganization, loss prevention, and asset-backed financing, consistently winning stakeholder trust through high EQ and decisive action. His technical foundation is bolstered by an MBA in Marketing & Finance and elite certifications in purchasing and procurement (CPP & CPPM). Having lived in five countries, he possesses a deep understanding of multicultural business environments and a versatile skill set in P&L management. Sridhar’s career is defined by his ability to catalyze business growth and implement sustainable systems that enhance customer satisfaction. He remains a proactive change driver, leveraging hands-on experience in heavy machinery overhauls and top-tier executive leadership. A Mechanical Engineer with MBA having 25 years of experience in the services of construction, material handling and concrete machinery domain that includes management of machinery with end users and dealerships.
Having a multi-cultural work experience across the middle east & India, has worked in the functions of Service, Parts, Unit Sales & Rental of machinery in the aforesaid domain. Has expertise in the products such as CNH CASE, Komatsu, Lonking, Vibromax, Schwing Stetter, Kaeser & Zoomlion to mention a few. A task master and a customer centric individual focused on delivering “customer delight”.
