Batching Plants:

XCMG offers a comprehensive range of concrete batching plants, including the HZS series (stationary) and HZS-V/VY series (mobile), with capacities ranging from 40 m3 to 270 m3/hr. These plants are designed for high-efficiency, featuring twin-shaft mixers, intelligent control systems, and robust environmental protections (dust/noise control).

Key Features and Models:
  • Capacity Range: From smaller, portable units for smaller projects, to large-scale, high-capacity, stationary, or mobile plants
  • Component Quality: Equipped with JS series twin-shaft mixers, electric weighing scales, and automated computerized control systems (e.g., in HZS60KG).
  • Mobility & Design: XCMG mobile concrete batching plants, such as the HZS90VG or HZS75VY, are designed for easy relocation, rapid installation, and reduced site footprint.
  • Advanced Features: Many models utilize advanced “S-shaped” labyrinth sealing on mixers to extend service life and improve efficiency.
  • Applications: Ideal for infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, tunnels, and commercial, high-quality concrete production

Truck Mixers

Concrete Mixing capacities upto 14m3 is offered with reputable hydraulic components, water tank options and choices of truck chassis. While superior Chinese trucks are offered by default and for being cost effective, customers may opt them to be mounted on any chassis as they like.

Truck Mounted Concrete Pumps

XCMG truck-mounted concrete pumps are high-efficiency construction machines integrating German Schwing technology fitted with Schwing’s proven ROCK Valve, with robust Sinotruk / Benz / Other chassis, featuring booms of lengths from 37m to 72m+. They offer reliable, high-volume pumping, advanced hydraulic systems, and, for example, a 230mm diameter rock valve. Key models focus on stability, low energy consumption, light weight booms and long-service life parts.

Stationary Concrete Pumps

XCMG offers a range of durable, high-efficiency stationary (trailer-mounted) concrete pumps (XS Series), employing German Schwing technology for improved hydraulic switching, reliable performance, and lower maintenance. These pumps are mostly powered by reputed Kawasaki & Yuchai engines. Features include S valve technology for effective long-distance pumping. The variants are produced to suit different construction needs.

Separate Placing Booms

XCMG separate placing booms (such as the XS series) are specialized, independent concrete distribution systems designed for high-rise, large-scale, and industrial construction projects. These units, which often incorporate Schwing technology, feature semi autonomous hydraulic climbing, foldable arms (typically 28m-38m radius), and can be floor-mounted or placed in elevator shafts to efficiently deliver concrete where truck-mounted pumps cannot reach.

Key Features and Models
  • The XS Series: These models are designed for high-rise building projects, often featuring foldable arms with working radii up to 38 meters.
  • Schwing Technology: Many XCMG placing booms incorporate Schwing’s advanced technology, including superior structural designs and reliable hydraulic systems.
  • Automatic Climbing: These booms utilize automatic climbing technology, allowing them to rise inside the building as floors are completed.
  • Versatility: They can be installed in elevator shafts or fixed onto floors, ensuring flexible, stable, and precise concrete placement.
  • Control System: Equipped with full hydraulic driving and remote control, they allow for flexible operation and accurate, rapid pouring.
Advantages
  • High Efficiency: Designed for fast, accurate concrete placement, which is crucial for modern, large-scale construction.
  • Extended Reach: The long, multi-articulating booms, such as the XS38, offer massive placing coverage for high-rise buildings.
  • Reliability: The structural components are developed using finite element analysis, ensuring stability, durability, and safety during operation.
